No — BLANK SLATE is a modern Pilates studio utilizing the SRT method. While there may be similarities in intensity and resistance-based movement, SRT is distinct from Lagree. Our classes focus on intentional movement, alignment, control, mobility, endurance, and full-body strength through a modern Pilates lens. Expect challenging, low-impact movement designed to support both strength and longevity in the body.
