Our address is 200 Mesnager St, Los Angeles, CA 90012. BLANK SLATE is located on the ground floor of Park East, directly across the street from Los Angeles State Historic Park.

Grip socks are REQUIRED for all classes (available for purchase). We recommend form-fitting movement wear that allows you to move comfortably and safely on the reformer. Long hair should be tied back or secured. Please avoid wearing perfume or heavily scented products out of respect for our shared space.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class. In case of events at LA State Historic Park or Dodger Stadium, we recommend giving yourself plenty of time to park and make your way into the studio. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class begins for safety reasons.

Classes booked directly must be canceled at least 8 hours before class start time to avoid a late cancel fee. Unlimited members receive a reduced 4-hour cancellation window. We are not responsible for ClassPass cancellation policies.

Park East provides convenient parking on the ground floor of our parking structure. Street parking is also available along Spring St.

To preserve the flow of class and ensure everyone’s safety, our doors lock promptly at class start time. Late entry is not permitted, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in before class begins.

Absolutely. We welcome beginners and first-time clients. If you’re newer to Pilates or reformer-based movement, we recommend our FORM class to learn the foundations at a slower pace.
For your first visit, please arrive no later than 10 minutes before class to meet your instructor, get familiar with the reformer, sign your waiver, and get checked in before class begins.

We welcome all bodies and movement backgrounds. For specific injuries, rehabilitation, pregnancy, or highly individualized support needs, we recommend starting with a private session for the safest and most personalized experience. If attending a group class, please arrive early and check in with your instructor so we can offer appropriate modifications and support throughout class.

To help preserve the experience and comfort of everyone in the room, phones should remain silenced and put away during class. Filming during class is not permitted, as some clients may not feel comfortable being captured on camera while moving. We appreciate your help keeping BLANK SLATE a grounded, distraction-free space for all.

No — BLANK SLATE is a modern Pilates studio utilizing the SRT method. While there may be similarities in intensity and resistance-based movement, SRT is distinct from Lagree. Our classes focus on intentional movement, alignment, control, mobility, endurance, and full-body strength through a modern Pilates lens. Expect challenging, low-impact movement designed to support both strength and longevity in the body.

Yes — select classes may be available through ClassPass, though booking directly through BLANK SLATE will offer the best access to schedules, memberships, and studio perks.
