Modern Pilates is a low-impact, high-intensity approach to reformer Pilates, prioritizing slow tempos over speed. Keeping muscles under maintained tension for long periods of time and allowing them to fatigue results in increased muscular endurance and strength. Every class makes us stronger, all while being gentle on our joints.

Slow down to build strength the right way. FORM focuses on alignment, control, and movement quality through intentional pacing, detailed instruction, and supportive spring settings that allow you to fully connect to each movement.

CORE-FOCUSED STRENGTH & MOBILITY
Core + restore. CENTER combines 25 minutes of deep core and oblique work with 20 minutes of intentional stretching and mobility. Designed to complement the rest of your training, it leaves you feeling stronger, longer, and reset.
Perfect for those who train hard elsewhere and want a stronger foundation for everything they do.

PRENATAL & POSTPARTUM
MOTHER is designed to support every stage of the motherhood journey - from pregnancy through postpartum recovery and beyond. Classes focus on core and pelvic floor awareness, strength, mobility, posture, and rebuilding confidence in movement. Babies are welcome and must remain safely secured in a carrier or nearby approved container throughout class (travel bassinet, stroller, etc.)
Every exercise includes stage-appropriate modifications, allowing clients to move safely while receiving the benefits of strength training and community support.
Suitable for prenatal and postpartum clients with physician clearance.
