PRENATAL & POSTPARTUM
MOTHER is designed to support every stage of the motherhood journey - from pregnancy through postpartum recovery and beyond. Classes focus on core and pelvic floor awareness, strength, mobility, posture, and rebuilding confidence in movement. Babies are welcome and must remain safely secured in a carrier or nearby approved container throughout class (travel bassinet, stroller, etc.)
Every exercise includes stage-appropriate modifications, allowing clients to move safely while receiving the benefits of strength training and community support.
Suitable for prenatal and postpartum clients with physician clearance.
